Walking Shield American Indian Society

  • Mission Statement

    The overall goal of the WSAIS is to provide a wide range of humanitarian relief to Native American Tribes, families,and individuals who live on our nation’s American Reservations and in urban communities. Specifically, the society provides shelter to the homeless, medical assistance to the sick, food to the hungry,clothing and educational support to schools and individual students.

  • Project Abstract

    The walking Shield will provide computers and educational software to schools and other similar facilities (Headstarts etc) serving American Indian children located on reservations throughout the US.

    American Indian Children in Grades K – 12 and college students.
